Muppets trailer.  THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY!

Yes, more Korra stuff.  This is the official trailer shown at the San Diego Comic Con.  Watch as I hold it together and make an itemized list of why this thing is making me nerdgasm.

• I see Sky Bison.  I think I see several.  It is not made clear that they are appearing in any kind of flashback.  Hence, we might still have Sky Bison.  Somehow.  Or maybe just Appa, but I’d be happy with ANY Sky Bison.
• That statue of Aang kicks BUTT.  You can see from the proportions that they didn’t just model it on his old character designs - he’s built like an adult. 
• Korra’s a gorgeous Waterbender and she is amazing yes.
• The cities!  The bridge!  The dirigible thingies!  The changes in clothing style, lifestyle, everything!  The advances made in a 70-year span are almost too much to believe, except that you have to consider that it’s been the first 70 years spent not at war in a century.  Not to mention that now that the Firebenders are cool with, y’know, not murdering everything, their powers would lead to IMMENSE advances very quickly.  We all saw their steampunk battleships last time around.  Now imagine that, combined with being able to focus on something other than war, PLUS working with the Waterbenders and Earthbenders (and possibly Metalbenders?  I would just love to see a sub-class of Toph-trained prodigy Metalbenders show up).  
• What is that at the 52-second mark?  It looks like a Pokemon arena to me, but what I think it actually is is a Firebender/Waterbender battle stadium.  Its red and blue, it’s on stilts over a pool of water, and there’s an audience surrounding it.  I’m not sure what to make of it - is it an underground thing like Earth Rumble?  It looks a little too nice for that.  It may be a professional wrestling type of setup, which I think would be interesting.
• For a native Waterbender, Korra seems to do a lot of Firebending.  She already knows Earthbendeing at this point, but they don’t really show it in this trailer.  That’s utterly fascinating - I wonder if it was just an editing choice or if the actually leans towards fire in the show overall.  Also she’s in a Fire Nation military uniform a lot.  Undercover agentry?
• Her Polar Bear Dog (named Naga) is very quick and agile, which will make an interesting change after seeing Appa for so long.  However, it might also mean that she won’t collect a posse the way Aang did, unless they have their own ways of getting around.  I could see that in a miniseries there’s not gonna be as much time to develop a ton of characters, but I don’t think Korra - badass as she clearly is - can stop an Anti-Bender revolution on her own.  She needs friends, and I’m curious as to how that’ll play out in terms of sheer transportation.  I also predict at least three instances of her hopping on Naga’s back and sprinting off in a huff away from someone who was trying to help her but managed to offend her in the process.  Just sayin’.
• DUDE IN A MASK!  WHAT’S UP WITH THE MYSTERIOUS DUDE IN THE MYSTERIOUS MASK??
• The music for this show is just beyond brilliant.  I want to listen to it forever.

A joke trailer for a TV show about aurors.  WHY ISN’T THIS REAL?  IT WOULD BE SO COOL!

A Deathly Hallows 7.2 trailer that’s also a retrospective of the whole series.  It’s pretty breathtaking and a little difficult to watch.  7.2 is apparently head-explodingly amazing.

I can’t wait.  I’m gonna cry like a lunatic, but I can’t wait.
